TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RENTAL INSURANCE

All rental vehicles are insured with basic third-party liability insurance, covering:

• Bodily injury and death of third parties.

• Property damage to third parties.

The lessee has the option to purchase additional insurance coverage for damages exceeding €500, at an extra cost.

Important Notice:

• No insurance covers damage to tires, damage to the vehicle’s underbody, or loss/theft of personal belongings.

• Any damage caused due to reckless driving, off-road use, or driving under the influence is not covered by any insurance.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

Payments can be made through the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Card: Immediate reservation confirmation via email.

• Bank Transfer: The deposit must be made promptly to secure the vehicle. A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is received.

• Partial Payment Option: The lessee can deposit 30% of the total rental amount via bank transfer and pay the remaining balance upon vehicle pickup (in cash or by credit card).

Important Notice:

• If a payment confirmation is not received within the specified timeframe, the booking may be canceled.

• The transfer of rental vehicles outside Paros & Antiparos is strictly prohibited.

3. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least two years.

• Non-EU drivers must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their national license.

• Minimum age: 23 years old.

4. RENTAL DURATION & RETURN POLICY

• The vehicle must be returned at the agreed location, on the specified return date and time.

• A 30-minute grace period is allowed for late returns. After this, a full extra day’s charge applies.

5. FUEL POLICY

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

• If the fuel level is lower, the lessee will be charged the difference plus a refueling service fee.

6. RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the rental date, with a full refund minus any applicable bank fees.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date will incur a charge of 30% of the total rental amount.

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and the lessee is responsible for any associated fees.

Reservation Changes:

• Changes to the reservation can be made upon request and subject to availability.

7. TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS & FINES

• The lessee is fully responsible for any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

• In the event that a fine is received after the rental has ended, the lessee agrees that the amount plus an administrative fee may be charged to their payment method.

8. BREAKDOWN & ACCIDENT POLICY

• In the event of a breakdown or accident, the lessee must immediately contact the rental company at {Emergency Contact Number}.

• The lessee must not attempt any repairs without prior authorization.

• If the vehicle is rendered undrivable due to negligence, the lessee is responsible for towing fees.
